Hi @asifkarim! We can see that your ID was not approved yet because the quality of the picture don't suffice the requirements for the approval. We always recommend you to send a picture, not a scan copy. The image must be clear and if zooming is necessary, the image should not be distorted. Please enter on your online account and provide a better picture, so our approval department can proceed with your account approval.
