What are other ways to contact Payoneer support directly?

All this is VERY ANNOYING...what you are doing to a new user.


I have a specific question,regarding Support here.

Steps I have made:

1. went to "contact us" and wrote the question.But what I only got was automatic reply.Did it again (under different topic) - again same automatic reply.That is NOT what I want.Also,answer to my question is not in "Support home",as automatic answer suggests me as further reference.

2. I called Support on the telephone.But that's another "pain in the a.." (sorry for my language,but that's how it is;I'll explain).I got some automatic voice,telling me how many people are in front of me (all waiting).I've spent first time (first call) more than 10 minutes waiting on the line.Next call was close to 15 minutes,again same situation - I'm waiting in vain.All in all I spent pretty much of my mobile phone's credit.I realized that i'ts no use for me to wait that long for nothing (besides,those are all international calls,there's no support in my country).Who knows when my turn will come.

Then I turned to the final option available."The community".

I read the rules.And I've read this also:
"4. Please do not start discussions related to customer support issues specific to your account. All customer support inquiries should be submitted directly to the Payoneer Customer Support department at:"

So,I can't ask it here either.
And I see no more options for resolving the problem (send message - nothing,call - nothing,community - nothing).

Can you tell me what are other ways to ask my question (it's regarding password;not how to reset it,not that I've forgot it,something else)?I want direct contact to support,I don't want automatic replies.

Some mail address or email...?

All this is very annoying,what are you doing to the users,so that they could just ask one (more or less) simple question.

P.S. - Since it's about my password I don't feel safe to say it publicly.

    Hello there,

    The easiest way to contact our customer support is to give them a call. Naturally, there will be some brief waiting times, usually 5-10 minutes, as we have thousands and thousands of other users waiting to receive support.

    Additionally, you can contact via live chat if your account is enabled for this feature. We will say that the waiting times for live chat are significantly longer than phone call.

    Opening a support ticket is also an option, however it can take up to 7 business days for a response there as e receive a plethora of ticketed requests.

    Ultimately, I suggest continuing to call to resolve your issue.

The purpose of the auto reply is to respond to your requests and to resolve certain problems faster than if you had to wait for an agent. In some situation the response makes the most sense, but we recognize that in some cases it does not. If you receive an auto reply that does not relate to your issue, you simply need to reply to it with your question.

    In order to receive immediate assistance, we recommend that you contact our social media support team and you'll be personally assisted. Basically, if you cannot reset your password , we will send a request to the team in charge to start the process to help you regaining access to your account.
