Can i get my Payoneer Card Tracking Number of my regular mail ?

Hello Payoneer please can i get my tracking number of my payoneer prepaid card, because i ordered before few months ago but not delivered me and this is second time i ordered my card and the expected date is 13 to 23 december 2019 and i dont know the second time deliver or not to me im worriying because here postoffice not tell anything about the parcel when i asked before .. thats why i need this tracking number please thank you so much if you give me a tracking number of my payoneer prepaid card... i know its a regular mail but if its anything possible i really appreciate thanks again..

    @ABarakzai Hello,

    Unfortunately, because these cards were ordered via regular mail, we have no way of tracking this package.

    Please be advised that once the card leaves the shipping facility, it is out of our control. It then relies on your country's mail system to deliver the card to your house.

    The only thing our support center can do is order you another card. We do have the option for DHL express ( cost of 40 usd). This option will have the card arrive within 4 to 7 business days and comes with a tracking number. If that is what you want, please contact our support team:
