Payment Pending for 30 days

Greeting everyone.
I did this discussion 2 days ago, but unfortunately my discussion has been closed.
I didn't have the chance to respond, so I opened the same discussion once again.
Ok here it is: (what is all about.)
(Nov 04, 19) I Withdraw from the fiverr a small amount of money into my bank account
But unfortunately I didn't get my payment to this day.
Also I verificated 5 days ago my new ID images and the security pass, but nothing still pending status
Also I contacted payoneer support team 7 days ago but no answer from them, only this message (Auto-Acknowledgement sent to customer)
also I didn't get any email to confirm.
I had a answer and then close my discussion by the GianmarcoPayoneer
And this was the message:
Our support team have resent that email. Please take a look at it.
Thank you.
But I didn't get any email from the payoneer to confirm.
My Customer ID 33687505
1. My email on the payoneer.com checked in the setting on the site is [email protected]
2. checked inbox more than 10 times from 2018 old mails to this days mails (no mail from payoneer)
3. I also checked spam folder and no mails from payoneer there
4. I checked blocked mails, and payoneer is not blocked
what should I do next?
i wrote a ticket to the support team but no response yet

Please be advised that in the email we are trying to send you contains the following information:
" If your total payments from Fiverr does not reach €49.99 by 2019-12-19, the funds will be sent to your bank account on the next banking day "
