Unable to order a card, waiting from almost 20 days

Hello, I opened a request almost 20 days ago because I'm not able to order a card due to some strange bug.
I just want to have an estimation time and discover why to fix my problem is taking so long.
Can I do something to speed up the process?

I want also to precise that I chatted also with payoneer live chat and the operator told me that I should have received an update before 5th of December, but this never happened of course0
