I cant find Global Payment Services

Hi there. my global payment option is not shown in the receive tab. Every requirements are approved. I have been registered more than two months ago.
Please, help me.

    Hi, this means that new accounts in your country are unable to receive access to this feature. You would need to use our other available payment methods to receive payments.
