Worst customer care experience
So i recently started to work on Upwork and it has several ways to withdraw payment, one of which is Payoneer. I registered a Payoneer account for that matter and it took me some time to start making money on Upwork, and by the time i was able to actually have some payments to withdraw i have forgotten my Payoneer password and my acc was blocked. Nothing special here, it is a situation that is usually resolved within a couple of days, i thought. Well, not for Payoneer. Ive been trying to contact customer care for a week, and got an auto reply (after a week!) which asked me to send my id and stuff and wait for 3-5 days. Done the same day i got that email, ok. Then i got two more emails, requesting more id info and photos. Again, done same day. So, now its already been a month. I already have money on that account, and it looks like i can just forget about them. I cant contact Payoneer Support, because they just don't reply yo my emails and waiting time on their "hotline" is infinite, and i cant have a live chat because....you have to be logged in in order to have it. So i am warning any Upwork user or freelancer - go with PayPal or anything else if you can. Because with Payoneer you just might never see your money.
