Problem with deleting a bank account

Good day. There is a bank card that is no longer valid. I tried to register it with Payoneer, but now I have a new card. I want to issue it in a bank account in your service, but I can not do it. The old card is under consideration, and when you click the "Delete Account" button, a message appears:
"This bank account cannot be deleted because it is currently under review.
Please try again after approving your bank account. "

Your support agent text me this:

"@Dante_Style Hello,
Please be advised that your account is pending approval.
You will need to submit some requirements before you can make the edits.
Please go into your Payoneer account ---> settings ---> verification center ----> and submit requested information.
Thank you."

but this is information for an OLD card blocked. I do not have information on it, but there is a new.

So tell me, what can I do?
