My account is blocked for no reason

My account is 3 years old and my Mastercard is expired as well that's why I have ordered a new Mastercard last month to my address which is different from my National IDs address. At the same time I got a payment from appen.com then payoneer send me an email to submit my documents such as nid, selfie photo holding nid and date written on a paper and business line verification to approve my pending payment, then I submit all documents and after few days they blocked my new card which was shipped and I didn't receive. I talked to live chat team but they said my account was closed due to violation of terms and conditions and they can't help me anymore. I can't find out what I did wrong. Feeling helpless 😣
