Withdrawal on 27th Nov - funds not received. Anyone else with this issue?

Is there anyone else from Pakistan who made a withdrawal on 27th nov and still hasn’t received it uptil now?

To people who have faced this issue before - who to contact so that they issue you that “prestigious” form they keep on talking about.

Is talking on live call worth it?

Payoneer’s live chat CS don’t know anything they are talking about, looks like just sending responses from a given script.

    Hi @areeba99. We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your funds yet. We can see that our bank department have contacted our bank regarding your payment and requested them to provide us a Proof of Payment document. Your bank will be able to use the Proof of Payment to track your payment. Our bank team will contact you via email to provide this document once we have it.
