It's been 10 days since I applied for my account and I have sent verification documents, but I haven't been either verified or declined.

    If you are referring to the Global Payment Service (a set of local receiving accounts in USD, EUR and other currencies), right now it is currently unavailable for new customers in your country.

    We are working to make it available again and hope that this is a temporary measure. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    Please note that you still have two other ways to get paid:

    You can receive payments from any of our integrated Mass Payout Clients including the world’s leading freelance, vacation rental, eCommerce and stock photography marketplaces directly to your Payoneer Account.
    These include Upwork, Fiverr, Airbnb, Getty, Shutterstock, Wish and more.
    Once you have received $5,000 in payments from these marketplaces and platforms, you will then be eligible to send payment requests to your clients and get paid via eCheck or credit card.
