Global Payment service choice not shown

I have created a Payoneer account more than one month ago, and fulfilled all requirements I have asked to provide (Local bank account and National ID). But when I try to access to get my account details from Global Payment Service choice under the Receive drop down menu, i couldn't find it.
My Verification center status shown "No open requirements".

i want to get my account details to complete my Amazon Associate payment information.

Please help...

    This likely means that your country is not enabled for the Global Payment Service. There are some countries that will not be able to access this feature upon registration.

    This means that the only immediately available way to receive payments into your account is through our mass payout partner companies. These are companies like Fiverr, Upwork, or Aibrnb. By receiving payments from companies like these you can unlock the ability to send payment requests.
