My acc not full verified?

I already submitted my national ID card, home address to verify my Payoneer account but still my account is not verified. I don't know why Payoneer is not verify my account

Verification of your account would happen when you've received some payments into your account, and if you have your ID uploaded already it should happen almost automatically after that fact.
