No option to enable Two-Step Verification on account + access history

esunaga Member Posts: 2

According to the Payoneer FAQ, it's possible to enable two-step verification for an account by going to “Security Settings” under the “Settings” tab and clicking “Turn On” under “Two-Step Verification”. I don't have any Two-Step Verification category on my Security Settings tab, however, and I've searched around the other pages but cannot find it. Is this feature unavailable for some users? If so, is there a way for me to enable it?

I'd like to protect my account as best as possible, which brings me to my next question - is there a way for me (or someone on the Payoneer team) to verify my Access History and see the dates when I visited my account? I know it's possible to see the time of my "last visit" when I log in, but that doesn't tell me much. Today, as I was logging off, I glanced at the page and I'm under the impression I saw a "last visit" date that seems highly unusual, but now I can't check if I really saw what I think I saw since it's been overwritten by my most recent visit, and my browser history for this date is no longer available. Is there a way for me or someone else to check the dates/times when my account was accessed? I'm just trying to make sure there's no one possibly logging in without my authorization. I'm aware I can simply change my password, but I'd like to know if I have reason to suspect my account might have been accessed by other individuals. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the message. We do have two step verification available currently in its infant stages so the feature is only available to users in a handful of countries, so this explains why it is not available for you just yet. It is a feature that will be rolled out to everyone in time.

Regarding your second question, our team can only view your last login but they would be able to see any changes whatsoever that may or may not have been made to your account.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
