Transfer card balance to bank account.

Hello everyone .. I will try to be as clear as possible despite my limited English.

I started to receive payments from Appen this month in my account, but at the time of integrating the payment I put it on the card balance for revenge, but my card has already expired and I'm waiting for a new card more than 2 months.

In short, I have a few dollars stuck in this account and can't transfer to my bank account. If possible, I would definitely like to change the way I receive from Appen directly to my bank account in my country.

I have already sent a support ticket regarding this, but my last ticket sent in Portuguese took almost 1 month to be answered and it is almost another 2 months and I have no card.

That would be my last chance to get any help, because so far every time I needed company support has only caused me disappointment.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like the type of account you have is a Payoneer card account, which specifically replies on the activity of the card. The card on your account must be active and enabled at all times to be able to access the funds on this card, so you would need to renew yours. Since the funds are on an expired card it is not possible to access them unless you renew your card.
