Pending upcoming payment from Payoneer

Hello everyone,
I'm waiting for a payment from a company and Payoneer reported that the payment was made by the company yesterday evening. Now in my balance I can see nothing, and there is a "pending" status on my account. I already had a similar problem last month and I needed to confirm my account, and everything went fine. This month I chose PayPal as a withdrawal method instead of bank account and Payoneer should automatically transfer funds from itself to PayPal account. So I'm asking if this "pending" payment in Payoneer is ok and I just need to wait for the transfer of funds to be made, or maybe if there are again problems like last month.
