My account still under review

Few weeks ago I submitted all require documents. I got an automated message from payoneer. But after that I didn't get any reply from payoneer.
After that I thought there might be some error in document submission. That why I resubmit all documents again. But the result was same.

In the mean time I also try to contact payoneer customer care by mail and phone. Where In case of mail, again I didn't get any reply from them. Instead of that, I got an automated message from payoneer.
and In case of phone support all the payoneer support numbers are saying invalid number when I call.

Please approve my account as fast as possible.
