Upcoming transaction still in Pending, why?

Hello, my transaction is still in Pending from 11th of December, why? Nothing in verification center and nothing received from Payoneer. I already received other payment in past

    Hi @c99. Please note that your Payoneer account is designed for receiving payment for products and/or services you are providing. Therefore, some things you cannot use your Payoneer account for include self loading, gifts/payments from family and friends, and donations.
