Payoneer account not approved

Hello,
The Account approval team has failed to approve my account despite all my effort and several document uploads. I have a pending balance since Nov 26, now I am not sure they'll ever approve the account. **I want to ask anyone if this pending payment can returned back to the sender**, if I cannot get the money at least it should be returned back so I can find another means of getting paid for my services. Please this is urgent, Thank you!

We need verification in order to approve the payment. The government issued photo ID, must be clear and high quality. You will need to submit a valid format of the ID.

You also need to provide us with a residential address.

You may use landmarks, general locations, or any other descriptive information in order to best describe your location.
