Is it safe to give my Payoneer bank account number to strangers?

As a European, I am used to a world in which giving your bank details to people (IBAN and BIC) is perfectly safe, however I was surprised to learn that apparently in the US giving your bank details to strangers is considered risky since apparently it is relatively easy to withdraw funds from an account once bank details are known.

As a European company, right now it is common for us to put our bank details (IBAN/BIC) in our marketing emails, so my question is, is it safe for us to give the bank details of the Payoneer Payment Service to strangers? Is there any risk that someone will be able to withdraw from our Payoneer account just because they have our Payment Service bank details?

Thank you!

    @bobaby777 Hi there
    Payoneer’s US Payment Service is a collection account that allows you to receive US bank transfers from US companies.

    Please note that the US Payment Service is not an actual bank account, and you are not provided with banking options (including bank statements) or an account with the issuing bank. So consequently, the details are non-chargeable
