Payment ID 156555274 still waiting refund and NO email from Payoneer Accounts or anyone

Hi Gianmarco,

You closed a discussion that has not been settled yet and even after your response below, nothing for more then two months with promises that the Accounts are looking into it etc??

This is taking the piss and doesn't reflect any professionalism and trust in your payment system.

Do I have to go on the internet and blast as many negative reviews about Payoneer before something is
done or you guys don't care??

I have all the emails as proof that you guys have been looking into it for more then two months now.

I need a refund and as quick as possible as I believe you guys are a bunch of jokers by having a support system with smooth talks that things are being looked into and no action to satisfying customers.

    We do apologize for the delay in response time. We were informed that your case was transferred over to our disputes team for further investigation of the funds. We understand you did not receive the service that you were promised hence why you decided to cancel the transaction.
