Any suggestion for unblocking the payoneer account?

I have created a Payoneer account in 2017. I received a Payoneer card also and did a few transactions. But in 2018, my account was blocked without prior notice. I contacted with Payoneer multiple time but they didn't disclose the reason and didn't unblock my account. After multiple attempts, I tried to open a new account with another email. That was rejected too as I had to upload my NID. Can anyone help me to suggest how to approach to Payoneer to unblock my account? Thanks in advance.

    Unfortunately, Payoneer regularly review customer activity in order to keep our payment platform safe for everyone. In a recent review of your account, we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions.
    As a regulated financial services business, we are required to stop offering our services in these circumstances.
    We advise that you do not send any additional payments to your account, as they will be declined or create any new accounts as they will be declined as well.
