Unable to see the balance.

I am unable to see the balance in my account. My Card has been blocked since June 2019 because of inactivity. I did two Transactions in my account, but both payments are showing "PENDING" status.
I sent so many requests to Payoneer about this issue. But the issue isn't resolved yet.
Please help me to fix this problem. TIA.
