Payoneer's Withdrawal to Bank a Bad Service!

Dear everyone,

I initiated a withdrawal transaction to my local bank account here in Uganda from Payoneer! Sadly it has been 12 business days I have not received the funds on my local bank account! I have tried to consult from both my bank (with no trace of any incoming funds) and payoneer especially but all in vain. All they say they need 4 more extra business days and they gonna forward the issue to the concerned department. I don't know what to do!

Is there anyone here that has experienced this kind of delay or not received their funds at all? Please advise!
