Mismatching Date of Birth

my payoneer account is quite old but i haven't transacted any amount, i recently tried to transfer amount from my fiverr to payoneer which worked- unfortunately i couldn't able to connect my bank account to payoneer, it says one or more information provided is incorrect, i bet its because of DOB, i have already tried to contact support team but haven't get any response it's been 3 days passed....

Can anyone tell how long will it take for payoneer to review my request and change my DOB??
Will they do it ? i forgot the DOB which i entered when i was creating the payoneer account...
My $ are on the Line please help someone
