My account balance is disabled

My payoneer balance got disabled a month ago. It says 'Your USD Balance has been disabled. Please contact us for further details'. I tried to contact via email but all i got was an automated response. Then i called payoneer customer care on 2nd December. I was informed to wait and my problem will be resolved. But one week passed, i called 2nd time on 9th December, still the reply was same and this time they said that the issue was set to priority and i will get an email within a few days. Its 21st of December , still waiting .

payoneer team couldn't tell me why my account got disabled. Then Its been two week and still no solution even after they said my issue was set to priority!
