Unable to pay supplier

Currently, on my account, I'm trying to pay my supplier and everytime I input the amount and the system loads to give me a conversion, it doesn't work, only says "Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again".

Has anyone experienced this at any point in time?

For reference, I'm sending to an NGN ( Nigerian) currency

    This sounds like it could be a technical issue. We will need you to troubleshoot. To resolve this technical issue we suggest that you attempt the following:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies

    • Use another browser

    • Use the Private Browsing feature of your browser
