Anyone here recovered funds sent to an suspended Payoneer account?

A few months ago I received a payment into my account after my account was suspended because of an extended period of inactivity. Payoneer asked me to open a new account but when the new account came, it had a different customer number. The payment was never credited to my new account.It's been a few months now since this happened.
I tried contacting support several times but this issue has still not been resolved, and I have not heard back what I can do to get the funds. Has anyone here ever ran into a similar problem. I'm looking for tips on how I can get the funds in the fastest possible why - Customer Care has not been any help.

    In cases like this, you will need to have your account merged with the new one so the funds can get transfered.
