OK,the issue with logging in was resolved.
However,my questions (why I started the thread in the first place) are not being yet answered.
So,I'll repeat them:

Can you maybe guide me on how to file a ticket?
I've checked under my profile "Help",there are only 3 options:Pricing & Fees,"How-to" Videos and Support Center.Under Support Center I searched for how to file a ticket,but I found zero results about it.Can you maybe give me brief description how to do it?

You also mentioned to contact social media support team.
Believe it or not,I don't have Facebook,Twitter,Youtube,Instagram and what not account.I have Skype thou.Do you offer support via Skype?

If you want to file a ticket to our support center via email, please use the link below:
https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/ask/l_id/1Unfortunately, we do not offer support via Skype.
Once you file a ticket, then you will either have to send us a private message via the forums or contact our support center via phones/chats for a live representative.

@GianmarcoPayoneer Thanks for the reply,but I'm afraid it's not what I'm looking for.
As I said in the previous threads I have opened here (that's a problem when closing a thread,before the problem is being solved,then you can't "see" what is said and done before),I already made that step,but it just gives me automated answer.And it's not the answer I'm looking for.But also my problem is not listed under options/solutions you offer there (in contact form).
I would like to speak with a real person,not just "machine" (get automated reply).
I already described steps I made towards that (phone call,that contact form,ask community).That gave no results in solving this issue.
Also, @KazPayoneer said that I could file a ticket,but maybe I will have to wait longer.I don't mind waiting a week,as long as I communicate with a real person.That's why I asked to give me brief description how to file a ticket.The "contact us" form is unfortunately no help in my case.0 -

We understand the frustration. Please keep in mind though, we are not a live support channel. So when we reply back to questions on our forums there is a delay. Same thing applies when clients contact our support via email ( response time is 3 to 5 business days ).
If this is an emergency, majority of our clients will either wait in queue for a chat representative, or give our support phone lines a call.
As a last resort we do also have our social media ( Facebook and Twitter ), which many clients do tend to contact us via that method and response times are within the day.
We apologize again for the lack of communication.
