NO USD BALANCE

i dont have any usd balance in my account. i cant see any usd balance option on top there. there is only EUR and GBP balance. even when tried to convert my currency. there is only EUR to GBP option available. no USD balance are shown at there. do you guys have any solution

    @pial9 Hello,

    Please be advised that this type of account you have is a card account in USD. This mean you do not have a USD balance( like the EURO and GBP ) but rather a USD card account balance.

    The account need some more verification in order to process a new card order to your address.

    Please go into your account ---> settings ----> verification center -----> and submit requested documents.

    If you want to convert your currency, you will still need the card as it needs to be activated as well.
