My USD account is disabled!
I have just got an email:
In a recent review of your account, we noticed that some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions. As a regulated financial services business, we are required to stop offering our services in these circumstances. We advise that you do not send any additional payments to your account, as they will be declined.

My account is Customer ID 13042430.

I don't understand what did I do wrong? I was just receiving payment from Fiverr!!

Also, I have some USD in my account. what about that? what should I do to get my balance from Payoneer? should I seek legal counsel to get my money back? or is there anything else to do?
