Account verification to access Global payment

Hello pliz help me out; I opened up a Payoneer account but its now 10 days and they have not yet verified my account..
Pliz help me verify my account so that am able to recieve payments.
My customer id is 35363774

    @jay7 The Global Payment Service (a set of local receiving accounts in USD, EUR and other currencies) is currently unavailable for new customers in your country.

    We are working to make it available again and hope that this is a temporary measure. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
