How do i verify my account and get verified email?

I am a freelancer. I have get asked for verify my payoneer account from marketplace, they need to see my account verification screenshot, or email verification screenshot. I have submitted passport for verify, that's already approved. But i didn't get any email.
So what should i do at this stage?
And How may get this ''payoneer questionnaire'' option???

Please someone help me, i need help very urgently.

    @sunjeeda Please note that account verification happens only once you begin receiving payments onto your account, not before. For now, your account is approved and enabled to receive payments. If anything will be needed from you in the future, our approval team will let you know right away
