Hi @Millycento. We are sorry to hear of your frustration- this certainly not our intention to cause any inconvenience to you. Deactivating the account is never something we do lightly, at all. Before an account is blocked, it undergoes a series of verification and it is usually caused due to a break in the terms and conditions of the services. The decision is based on the review and the reason is usually not disclosed.
We are truly willing to help our customers succeed, however we have an obligation to operate in accordance with our AML and regulatory requirements.
