Failed Transactions

My Customer ID 22788635
On ist november, i tried a withdrawal to bank account, $101. The transaction failed as the bank details was not correct. Payoneer told me that the money will be refunded with 14days.... Today is making it the 57day, and my fund is not yet refunded. I contacted customer care over 20 times, but their responses seems not ok. Please send my back my money........

    Hi @Jerrychuks2018. Per checking, we can see that your case is already with our bank department. They had initiate a trace from the fund. A trace is generally a very long process. Once they have an update, they will contact you via email. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause to you.
