Unable to see Global payment services

Am unable to see global payment services under my account.

    Hello Sir...Do you have any idea..how to reissue card if it's expired. I didn't see any option to reissue my card....Please help me out....

    @malsada The Global Payment Service (a set of local receiving accounts in USD, EUR and other currencies) is currently unavailable for new customers in your country.

    We are working to make it available again and hope that this is a temporary measure. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    @wmnirajan You should see at the top of the page in your Payoneer account a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card. If you do not see the message or if you are having difficulty utilizing it, please contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.
