Withdrawal Not Delivered

Hi, I made a withdrawal from my Euro account on 18 December. It's been over 5 working days and the fund is yet to be delivered to my local bank account, even when the status shows 'complete' on my dashboard. This whole business has taken way too long, the whole process began when the payment was made to me on November 29. It's been over a month.

Kindly help fix this ASAP.
