New card and Personal ID number

Hello Payoneer Support,

 

Recently I am applying a new card from a marketplace to withdraw, when entering my national ID number I was forgot that my personal ID has expired, however I just got a new one from local authorities, surely the card number is different from the old one, now how can I resolve this, I want to upload the new ID card but the card number is differ from what I entered in registration form. The local authorities issued my new ID card is 2 months ago and I just took it yesterday.

    Generally the ID number would still be the same, even with a new card. If it's not, you can contact our customer support department and simply provide them with a copy of the new document. They will then update the ID on file.
