How to load fund from my Payoneer balance into my Payoneer Card?

I received my Payoneer Debit card and activated it and the 24 hour has passed and still my card is showing $0 Balance eventhough I have money on Payoneer US$ Account?

My Customer ID is 24886284 please someone from Payoneer help me out here.
