Payoneer keeps me busy ( Account Verification)

Hi

On 20.12.2019, the money was paid to me by the advertising company mgid. However, I was unable to verify my account. I've sent driver's license, ID, other documents. Sorry, the account has not been verified. About 15 days passed. I'il never work with the payooner again. I have a $ 760 balance but the payooner doesn't send it to me because the account has not been verified. The documents I sent to the account verification department are not accepted after 1 week.
