Sending documentation for a revieved payment in advance.

Hi I'm new here.
A colleague of mine who introduced me to Payoneer told me that the very first time he received a payment from the client, there was a long delay during which they asked for different documentations (not all at once but in chunks, extending the delay even further), such as a contract, proof of business, etc..
I'm about to get paid in a couple of days, a non trivial amount, and I really need Paynoeer to not do the same and let me send all the documentation that I know will be needed up front so that I can get the payment the very same day it arrives.
Is there a way to do that?

    Hi there,

    We typically require your government ID/passport, business profile, or Global Payment Service questionnaire up front. We would only ask for additional information if the government ID was unclear, or missing information, or if the answers in the business profile/questionnaire failed to give our payments team a better look into your business and what you do. It is really a case by case matter that is determined by our payments team at payment time. I would hope that you have filled out the questionnaire/business profile as thoroughly as you possibly could have to prevent any delays in payment.
