Payoneer is Worst in Customer Support Tech? What do u say?

its not properly managed by them in this competitive world where time is precious and they do not care about your time just waste your time in email and email process and the irony is that we are talking to a computer generated text they donot even have guts to put an email of a valid person so that we can really actually talk and solve problem in one or two emails

Please keep in mind when clients contact our support center via email, response times can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days ( Saturdays and Sundays not included ).
