If the bank account details are incorrect, the transfer will be rejected by the bank, and you will see the credit in your account when it is returned. This process may take up to 14 business days. But it takes more than a month and i didn't receive my funds?

If the bank details are incorrect, the funds will get rejected and return to Payoneer within 14 business days ( Saturdays and Sundays are not our business days ). If your funds have still not returned, you will need to contact our support team to start an investigation to locate the funds. Please use the link below to contact our support team:
