Payoneer card shipped in 2017 but I didn't notice !

I register in payoneer in 2017. I ordered a card and I was inactive for some reason. But now in 2020 I check my account and I saw in there My card was shipped in 2017. I didn't receive that. Now how can I get that card. I need card now. I have some $ on my account and I can't make payment without that card. My English is week , hope you understand my problem and help me to find a solution.
