I have not received my Funds I sent on 24th December

I have not received my funds in my bank account that I sent on 24th December and its 12th January and I still did not get it . I have complained 7 times you all just giving me reference and now since 3 days the same email I received that your the team is reviewing your account. I need Urgent money why this payoneer is so slow. very bad experience with payoneer.
