Pending Transaction

I am working as a freelacer on fiverr. I withdrawal my balance on 6th of January but its status is still in pending. This is my third money transfer. The first and second ones have been completed in 2 days. I contacted customer support 2 times. In the first time, they said wait up to 5 days. I waited. In the second contact, they said wait 1-2 days more. I waited 2 days more. But nothing changed.

That is my money and I think, you dont have right to hold it. If you don't transfer, please send it back, So, I use other transfer channel to get my money. I really don't understand why you hold my money.

I didnot make any change in my bank account. The first 2 transfer completed successfully, but this is still waiting.

Please solve this problem or let me know what I should do.
