Receive payment option vanished

I have sent an invoice to my client. He tried to make the payment but there was some issue with his bank due to which payment did not complete.
After that very next day 'Receive Payment' option in my account vanished.
I have sent emails but still issue is not resolved. It's been more than a week now.
Can anyone help?
