Global payment system data is suddenly missing

My global payment system data is suddenly missing.
No open requirements in a verification center.
I try to use support center to open a ticket about this issue, but i got only automatic answers.
What shoul i do, and how can i speak with a real human person from a support team?

    I notice you said you have no open requirements. It seems that you may have submitted the questionnaire. At this point, if the Global Payment Service is no longer visible, it indicates that the service was suspended due to your answers on the questionnaire.
