Pending approval since 2015 and no response yet

I have submitted documents in 2015 and since then its showing pending approval and no one did ever respond. And why my country changed to Afghanistan. Please change it back to India. And fix my account; Customer ID is 12062271. Please help.

Hi there,
We generally do not change a user's country unless the documentation provided proves that the user lives in that country. If you live in India, please create a new account with the updated address. As this old account has been pending approval since 2015 you are better off creating a new account anyway with the correct address and documents.
