My Payoneer account hasn’t still been approved

Hello! I sent you email twice and received automatic answer which didn’t help me. Pls approve my account as soon as possible. As you know you cooperate with Incruises company. So my Payoneer account still waiting approval for several days. I didn’t receive email from you regarding to verification or sending documents. Pls note this point! I need your help.
